At kitcustoms, your satisfaction is our top priority. We prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, we're here to assist you with our return and exchange process.

Considering the transportation time of returns takes more than 1 month and the expensive shipping fees involved, we want to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you. Therefore, here is our win-win solution: The RESEND POLICY.

How Does Our Resend Policy Work?

If you encounter any of the following conditions, after confirming, we'll promptly resend a new package to you:

1. Size Problem

If the items you received don't fit as expected, simply provide us with pictures of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you only need to pay a small fee for resending, and we will arrange a new shipment for you. For more details, please contact our customer service.

2. Delay in Shipment

1) If the declared shipment time is under or equal to 30 days, and it has been over 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us. We'll promptly resend the package to you free of charge.

2) If the declared shipment time exceeds 30 days, and it has been over 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we'll resend the package to you at no additional cost.

3. Customs Hold or Lost

In the unfortunate event of a package being lost or seized by customs, please provide us with proof, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirming, and make sure you get it.

4. Wrong Item or Quality Issue

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or if there is a clear quality defect (such as misprinting, torn fabric, or missing patches), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos as evidence. We will resend the correct item at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Because personalized/customized products are made just for you, they are not returnable unless there is a quality issue or wrong item sent.
  • Please contact us within 90 days of the order date for any order-related issues.
  • To initiate a resend request, please email us at contact@kitcustoms.com with your order number and relevant photos.

How to Find the "Declared Shipment Time"?

When you are on the checkout page and choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that follows the shipping method. Standard Shipping and Express Shipping have different declared shipment times.
